Data controller
Juan Luis García Borrego, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 47535872R, with address at Plaza Micaela Ruiz, 13, 41560 Estepa (Sevilla), España. Contact: hola@vitaminatech.com.
Data we process
The data you provide in the “Propose a project” form: name, company, email, phone, town and your answers about the project (description, sector, tools you use and other details). Also the data in the emails you send us.
To prevent abusive form submissions, your IP address is used temporarily, in memory, and is not stored. The server logs technical data about each visit (IP, date, requested page and browser) for security and to keep it running properly.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Technical logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We do not use your data to send you advertising.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. As data processors, it is handled by the provider that hosts the website on servers in the European Union and by Google (Gmail), which runs the mailbox where we receive proposals.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. That transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
If the proposal does not lead to a business relationship, we delete the data 12 months after the last contact. If it does, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Technical server logs are kept only for as long as strictly necessary.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@vitaminatech.com or by post to Plaza Micaela Ruiz, 13, 41560 Estepa (Sevilla), España, stating which right you are exercising.
If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The details are in the cookie policy.
