## Philosophy: AI and deterministic software

> AI interprets. Software verifies.

AI is not deterministic: given the same document, it can give different answers. To understand an email, that may not matter. But when it comes to recording an order in an ERP, updating an inventory or controlling an industrial process, precision is essential.

That is why we never let AI act on its own. We combine it with deterministic software that checks the data, applies the business rules and detects inconsistencies before any operation is executed. When something cannot be verified or requires authorisation, a person steps in.

1. 1.What comes in — Emails, invoices, receipts and delivery notes. Different formats, structures and ways of presenting information.
2. 2.The AI — It reads, classifies and extracts the information. It can interpret different formats, but it can also make mistakes.
3. 3.Our software — It checks the data, applies business rules and detects inconsistencies. If something doesn't fit or needs confirmation, it passes it to a person.
4. 4.The result — Validated data reaches your systems. Anything that needs review goes through a person before moving on.

Before proposing technology, we want to see how you work. We visit your facilities for one or two days to learn your processes, observe how your team works and understand the tools you use.

We identify manual tasks, disconnected systems and opportunities to improve productivity through software, automation, IoT and artificial intelligence.

Based in Estepa (Seville), we can work with SMEs and industrial businesses across Andalusia, with no fixed distance radius for working together. Projects can be delivered remotely; any on-site visit is considered case by case. We can also work remotely with businesses elsewhere.

### Do I have to change the software I already use?

Not necessarily. We can connect your current systems, modernise legacy applications or build new tools. First we look at what is worth keeping and what we can improve.

### Can I use artificial intelligence without sending my data to external services?

It depends on the task. There are small, efficient AI models we can run on your own premises, ideal for classification, information extraction and specific automations, without your data leaving your infrastructure.

For more complex tasks that need advanced models and a lot of computing power, we turn to European infrastructure providers. That gives you access to more capable models without the heavy investment of running specialised servers.

For each project we weigh which solution offers the best balance between privacy, performance and cost.

### Do you work with your own products or build tailored solutions?

Both. We design, build and maintain our own products, but we also build systems adapted to each company's processes. We look for the solution that best fits your needs, without adding unnecessary complexity.

### How do we get started, and how much does it cost?

First, we talk with you to learn about your business, understand what you need, and see how we can help. This initial conversation is free and comes with no obligation.

If your project requires us to study your processes, review your systems, or define a technical solution, we’ll propose an assessment or preliminary study, with scope and price agreed before we begin.

From there, we can prepare a development proposal with its phases and budget. The study is an independent service: its findings are yours to use, even if you decide not to continue working with us.

If your project is already clearly defined, we can assess its development directly without a preliminary study.
